Click-to-Call Application

SMS Short code service is commonly used for lead generation or receiving feedbacks from the prospective customers. This is known as a two-way short code because it includes the following two steps:

• When interested customers scroll through your website, they can immediately get connected to your executives using this Click-to-call application (which generally they miss to, as they might be going through your website at odd hours)
• Customers just need to enter their numbers in a text box available on your website and click "Submit".
• On doing this, an automated call is sent on the customer´s mobile number saying "Welcome. Please wait while we connect you to our executives". This message can be customized based on the requirements.
• We then conference your executives with the person sending the request.
• Calls can be sent on land-line numbers as well.
